Agreement
By using boarding.now you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
The service
boarding.now provides monitoring, deployment, security, and app-generation tools for common-use kiosks. Features and included solutions may evolve.
Plans & billing
Free covers up to 5 personal devices. Standard is billed per connected device per month; some contracts bill quarterly. Because kiosks are shared, a single device may carry more than one subscription.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to breach isolation between organizations, or use it to violate the rights of others or applicable aviation and data regulations.
Availability
We aim for high availability and publish status. Enterprise SLAs are set out in your order form.
Liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis except where an enterprise agreement states otherwise. Our liability is limited as permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
