Who we are
boarding.now provides a cloud command center for airport and airline self-service kiosks. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
Account details you provide (name, work email, organization) and operational telemetry from connected kiosks: device health, status, and deployment events. We do not sell personal data.
How we use it
To operate the service: show your fleet, run deployments, alert you to incidents, and secure your account. Aggregate, anonymized metrics may inform product improvements.
Passenger data
The platform manages kiosks; it is not a system of record for passenger travel data. Where a white-label app processes passenger input, it does so under the operating airline's control and agreements.
Sharing
We share data only with sub-processors required to run the service, under contract. We disclose information when required by law.
Your choices
Access, correct, or delete your account data by contacting us. Enterprise customers can configure retention and provisioning through their IdP.
